Westbourne Park Road, Nottinghill, London UK 150 sqm (1,600 sqft) Completed 2004 A transformation of a traditional dark and damp ground floor flat in a converted late Victorian terrace house in Nottinghill into a connected open apartment with outdoor amenity. As owner/builder/designer and labourer, I employed trades and day labour to complete the project. Complete gut of every element in the flat and reinstatement of a new polished concrete slab with hydronic underfloor heating, relocated wet areas, small extension with openable doors to the landscaped garden.
