Calabria Road, Highbury London UK Design Director while at TILT Design UK 280 sqm (3,000 sqft) Completed 2009 A bay-fronted 1880's terrace house in N1 was refurbished including building into the roof space to add a mansard bedroom and ensuite, excavate down to include a laundry and storage, and build out the rear to include a new kitchen, guest bathroom, dining room and study on the mezzanine. As owner/builder I ran all aspects of the planning process, project management, architecture, engineering draftsman, procurement and tradesman.
